What’s for dinner at La Croix du Reh?

I love cooking and  experimenting in the kitchen. Of course the only time I can do it when it’s quiet in our Bed and Breakfast. But when the season starts and we have many guests staying in B&B and dining, there is usually not much time for experimenting in the kitchen. Then it’s all about good planning, good timing and to be able to improvise and put the little tips and tricks and new findings into practice.

It is at this times we find out about the dishes the most loved by our guests, like this one:
