What’s up?



Just getting ready a Birthday cake for one of our coming  guests: Russian honey 10 layer cake with Swiss meringue butterctream frosting.

My first attempt to decorate the cake with Ruffle pattern. 😮

    • Thank you. Yes, of course. I will post the cake recipe In the Recipe section in Dessert next week. I know it by heart, but never written down ( it was given to me by my aunt about 20 years ago). The frosting is a standart Swiss meringue buttercream. Having guests in our B&B for the next 3 Days, so I will be able to write it all next week. Please, feel free to sign for updates. Thank you for your comment.
