Today the main course at La Croix du Reh   was “Dom’s beef” , named after one french chef called Dominic ( or as we called him Dom) . Dom has retired now, but we still remember his huge personality and simple but delicious cooking. So here is to you Dom! Dom’s beef! Bon appetite
